When I was working in a University department that had a lab full of IBM RT PCs running a port of 4.3 BSD called AOS, I got to use the best keyboard I have ever laid my hands on: https://deskthority.net/viewtopic.php?t=4101
Apparently they’re similar to Topre or Realforce keyboards.
