Arizona and Montana are set to have ballot initiatives to enshrine abortion rights in their state constitutions, which could potentially affect the outcome of the presidential and congressional races in those states. The initiatives have been certified by the Arizona Supreme Court and Montana's Secretary of State's Office, and will join six other states where abortion rights measures will be on the ballots this fall.
