The #Firefox extensions on mobile open day is coming up tomorrow!
I'm not yet sure if I'll manage to iron out the remaining items to make my RSS viewer extension mobile-ready by tomorrow https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/rss-viewer/ (the only hurdle is about the mobile API's ability of drawing custom icons in the URL bar, like a feed icon), but I'm working hard on it.
Hundreds of extensions have already been marked as mobile-ready, and once I bring RSS discoverability back to mobile I feel like browsing on a smartphone may actually become a fun and empowering experience again.
