Update on my hard bed experiment inspired by MaxDeMarco (npub1lel…kvyz)
The pain is gone but the good feeling of being ready and wanting to move persists. Sleep quality and recovery according to my oura is still better than my recent average. That is even though I'm working out more than before because my body feels good.
TLDR, I'm glad I switched and I currently have no intention of going back to a soft bed.
