#Trump has been arrested and indicted three times, but the public has no sense in their gut of this because he remains NOT in custody, as anyone else who committed the level of crimes against this nation would be, because they are very serious crimes. But if he's running around free, people get the sense that, if he IS free how bad could what he did be?
This is why he needs to be in custody during these indictments. His threats are an obvious reason to do it.
