I’m spending the day in bed resting as I don’t feel well at all. No wonder running was hard work, I regret putting my body under the stress while fighting off a virus, but I thought I was just tired from lack of sleep. I feel too dopey to concentrate on reading so I’m just going in and out of a doze. Tom has been bringing me drinks
