Your post holds such an argument "regardless of whether the use shows any respect for the author's work.". Surely holding the copyright, means treating the "wishes of once-living persons with respect" not just respecitng the income. One wonders if copyright holders could be sued for not treating the wishes of once-living persons with respect?
