Less debt created is less inflation.
So cash buyers only.
Look into the fractional reserve banking system.
Problem is those cash buyers are large corporations that will jack up rent prices to make their investment profitable, once again fucking us regular folks out of housing. We lose either way, but thankfully bitcoin can help solve that for people in the future.
What am I bitching for though, my housing cost will be cut in half after 4yrs while everyone's mortgage or rent goes up...🤷
