A lot of my point is the US Govt declares how inflation went down. However when you read the details in the information period it went down during the period of 2017 - 2020 in an accelerating manner until 2020. Suddenly, inflation skyrocketed to offset those gains and still it was down from the 2013 - 2017 period.
I don't attribute this to Trump specifically (I don't think he was anything special) but he didn't do the stupid things taking place now.
