We are being fed the lies that after 30s, we're somehow crumbling away at the sight of old age.

But, how we live our lives is what matters. If we live like a slob, we die like a slob. Vice versa, live like a warrior, and we'll die like a warrior.

The convenience of the modern world is slowly poisoning our potential.
