Without doubt the best meditation cushions & mats are the ones made with organic natural kapok. Firm yet soft they provide stability and comfort even for extended 1 hour+ sits. I’ve tried many different types over the years and the others will slowly sag, make weird noises and lose shape but the kapok cushions hold steady and do not lose their form. They come in beautiful Thai designs too. Highly recommended! 🧘🏻♂️☀️
