This is a difficult question. I have several SCs... It depends on whom they are supposed to tell something...
Ruru is telling Robin how many people she's killed, and why, because that's something he needs to hear. But she wouldn't shout it from the rooftops.
Vellia doesn't tell everyone what happened to her when she was captured by the enemy but some people need to know.
