That's a fair assessment, but I like to have some regular relays so I can also see newer users who haven't established themselves quite yet. I've been using the WoT relay like a filter for public relays I find to have too much spam. Managed to shrink my relay list a bit and still get (from what I can tell) a pretty clean feed that doesn't seem like it's missing out on notes.
