Dropping "diversity" is the key thing for these guys, but still surprised that Bill Ackman was OK with using "equity and restorative justice" instead, which in some ways sounds just as "woke" as DEI. Sad how these concepts have been stripped of meaning to become random mix-and-match catchphrases, positive and negative, for politicians
