Imo Primal should go full platform. A centralized entity that just plugs into the Nostr network and market it accordingly. They can maintain the authority to control what you see, but still give you more freedom than Twitter and credible exit.
No one is going to run a Primal-compatible caching server as the exit when they can just use a different client. People only run relays.
