maybe he will take the SATs and pay someone to create a fake dossier oh wait that was Clinton who got popped for that, Gary signed off on it, and Hillary only had to pay a fine. which led to millions of wasted tax payer dollars investigating a trumped up bunch of BS that the team blue sheep believe to this day. I guess that's what you call prosecutorial discretion. If they are on your team don't prosecute. if they are on the other team take misdemeanors that no other DA would bring charges for, make them felonies (while reducing other felony charges to misdemeanors at a 70% clip for other perps) and feed the blue sheep more BS since they can't think logically and eat everything they are fed.
