Crushed the leg #workout today. If you want to grow some #muscle in the wheels, here’s a painful routine for you. ⚠️– not suited for amateurs:

You will smash 4 sets on each exercise with a minimum break of 30 seconds. Take six deep breaths to relax and move on to the next set.

• #Squats - 12 reps
• Leg Extensions - 15 reps, you’re burning and sweating already
• #Deadlifts - 12 reps, air is gone by now 💀
• Leg Curls - 15 reps, those hamstrings are screaming for mercy
• Leg Press - 12 reps, yes keep pushing
• Calf Raises - 20 reps, now it’s finally over
