Saw the thread with meowski helping you out with dies a week or so ago.
A combination die doing the cutting, shaping, and hole punching seems to be a somewhat involved procedure.
But a simple blanking die seems relatively easy to make. Something like this for instance https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=74DggoOx34c
Only needs a specialized cnc and a simple shape in some CAD application.
