Yes it does. I am not concerned with the Fed getting their share of my tiny bits. I would recommend cold storage for anyone holding serious coin. But for kicks & giggles, Lightning on Strike works at much better fee rates than, say, CashApp.
Doesn't using strike (or any other KYC app) to send sats mean you are "selling bitcoin" ? And with KYC reporting the feds will be looking into their cut of your "profits" ?
