Central Texas nostriches!
My wife is hosting a free chicken processing workshop tomorrow afternoon at our homestead.
Some roosters that we hatched a few months ago need to graduate and we’d like to share them with the community. They’ve gotten all organic feed, forage and scraps and have had good lives.

Everyone should be able to take home at least one bird (depending on how many folks show up).
Just bring your own knife and we’ll provide the rest. Kids are welcome as well- some of our homeschool friends will be there.
