Welp...turns out dms wouldn't have helped.

So now rate limitsnin nginx, LNBits, and nostr-rs-relay

Also might highjack /invoice and add some captcha verification.

Ok, so it was indeed nostr-rs-relay smackin alby with invoices. Most were not paid because I had dm on, so it would create one anytime someone would try to publish....right? like if I disable it, it won't send one out every time, and the web interface would be needed? 🤔😔
