This also brings up my desire to have something in the value tag that indicates that we want 1 sat sent to this split no matter what. Maybe it's a 50 sat boost, and Reflex is at 1%. In that case, the boost never gets sent to Reflex. Having the indication that we want 1 sat sent regardless would help podcasters that are using tracking services that rely on the TLV record.
