The @ sign where the inner a is replaced by an s looks pretty good. Also easily understood as s + at = sat. Easy to write in a single stroke. No weird fake / meaningless relationship to Kanji. Easy to imagine how it will look in different typefaces and so on. Feels more like a currency symbol than a logo.
