So... Thousands of old people have been without program assistance for almost two months

They're locked out of their accounts

They keep sending in information to prove their identity

People are clearly in the system but it shows up that they are not when searched for by an employee
But if you try to make a new account their information is already in the system and you can't

The network issues are only defined as network issues... The site claimed it was maintenance at one point (after it was down for a week or so - I'm not sure how long) The database is corrupted. The network issues have been happening continuously for over a month. The employees are telling people it should only be a few more days for over a month.


This has not only had an impact on programs people rely on but taxes. Because database information doesn't line up.
(April was the deadline unless you filed an extension until October)


If this isn't a hack it's insane incompetence or a disgruntled employee.
