The guy on the left was 365 pounds. The guy on the right was 225. I'm starting again at 389 pounds and I have been over 400 pounds recently. My scale tops out at 400 pounds so I'm guessing 410.

Since I'm starting to eat good and it's on my mind fairly regularly right now I decided to pull up an old before and after picture of myself from the last time I lost a pile of weight.
The guy on the left was 365 pounds. The guy on the right was 225. I'm starting again at 389 pounds and I have been over 400 pounds recently. My scale tops out at 400 pounds so I'm guessing 410.
