What food do you consume that you would consider bitter? Do you often consume or search out for the bitter taste?
Personally I'm a big eater of bitter gourd but other than that there are probably only a handful of leafy greens or maybe some herbs that would fall into the bitter taste category. Is it because bitter is maybe associated with poison so that's why it is a less common taste in our diets?
