Could be a geo location thing, where people in your area are watching certain types of vids. Like my youtube suggestions are a bit different when I'm over at mother's house for instance. It's weird. But youtube sometimes will push all types of videos to me, that I'm like whatever gave my watch history the idea that I'd watch this crap. I'm not interested in motorcycle tournaments. I just wanna watch crufts. Or just youtube trying to see what sticks, so you'll be more inclined to watch even more youtube.
