If I receive monero I can get rugged i.e. 10% on the same day if I dont exchange the shitcoin for sats in the right moment due to monero being garbage and nobody wanting it.

Monero holders cry in privacy tears about becoming poorer while publicly they shill the garbage to noobs. They cannot hodl monero because the longer they do the poorer they become. And the less people hodl it the more garbage it becomes.
