The answer is because it's vague, accusatory, and makes normies feel like they have to prove a negative, which is an automatic L if they try.

The only correct answer to something being "problematic" is "I don't see it." Gotta force them to feel like they're the one who has to expose their bigoted thought process.

"Orcs are problematic because they're black-coded."
"I don't see it."

Now they have two options. They have to argue that they see orcs and blacks as fundamentally indistinguishable, or they have to make an argument that someone else must surely have meant it that way. Either way, asserting complete and total lack of ability to see the connection is your only option. And you have to stick with it, and occasionally announce that they just said something super bigoted and you still don't see the connection.

Of course you can just embrace it and say you don't give a fuck that it's problematic, but it's way funnier to watch them dig their own hole.
