I feel like I have nothing to say in conversations and discussions. In the last five or so years I feel like my analytical thinking skills have massively deteriorated.
Even as a teenager I felt lost in conversations. I also considered myself to be boring and uninteresting. I still do.
I can't get my thoughts into spoken words, everything just ends up in a word salad, and let's more skilled people to take over the conversation.
