She is just aggressive with Russia, that's all.
They don't have their positions because they are competent. This is true for all the western administration. Stoltenberg for example appointed secretary general of NATO just because he is a faithful dog and sent warplanes to bombard Libya (around 500 bombs). So if Putin doesn't have great success against these fools, he isa fool too.
