That woman in the mirror.
I tried again this morning. I used a small handheld mirror this time, thinking maybe it'd be easier to be closer to it.
I got as far as "I lo-" before I choked up and couldn't finish.
This is really stupidly hard to do. I think because I don't like lying to myself about things, and I don't know that I'm completely convinced that I love myself, or that I deserve to.
Tomorrow morning I try Lona's suggestion. And see if I can make it over the hump.
So far, still the Little Engine That Couldn't.
