Everything has basically inflated by 10x except comparing to present day prices:
- housing which has inflated by 20x (assuming median not average)
- income has inflated by only 5x
Also, food was probably healthier and less processed back then.
Pretty indicative of our time! Thankfully #bitcoin fixes all these shenanigans
