yep. deletion is not exact science because of copied notes. deletion is also an event kind. if the deletion event is not copied to the same relays, the relay that didn't get the deletion event may keep the original note.
there was also another case: if you were paying for a relay and your subscription ended the relay may refuse to delete the note because it is no longer accepting new notes from you!
