i'm so fucking cold. my hands often hurt, and the way i have to stop and shiver and hide in my sweater reminds me of jail. i was told i was allowed to turn up the heat so i do, to just over 60° f but then it just gets turned right back down to 55°
it's torturously cold. was does it have to be cold like jail? i'm not making it balmy hot i just don't want to be chilled and shivering and achy. i'm so fucking frustrated
