Millennials are the first digital native generation and are creating a digital first infrastructure. They revolutionized deeply entrenched status Quo industries like the taxi. Gen Xers were the pioneers of open source, have solid values and have a cool attitude.
Don't bet against the youth as they're the future, and don't disrespect the elders as they know and have seen things you haven't. I highly dislike this generational division and enemosity.
