A similar argument could be made for the PodRoll. If someone includes my show in their Podroll I have no idea if they have done that.
Perhaps I'm overly thinking this but a lot of the connections are built but there is a lack of awareness. It reminds me of when there were 500 shows with value blocks and I was boosting various shows but many didn't even know there was a message attached to the payment. Not sure if all of this is best solved by hosts or external semi-hosts like Fountain/Truefans
