My experience in ES, though anecdotal, backs up what muyshondt (npub1wp4…2ynk) says here. Places outside of EZ do not accept Bitcoin, even some with signs that say they do. My one encounter where I tried to pay a Chivo wallet from Phoenix failed. I've been able to pay with #Bitcoin here, but everyone uses Blink wallet which has worked flawlessly at least.
This is such a bummer. I wish Alejandro posted more details about this Mafia so I could avoid giving them my sats.
