Don't give up and don't drown yourself in research either.

Try a carnivore / animal-based diet for 30 days and try a vegan for 30 days. That's basically what I did years ago

The carnivore/animal-based crowd has way more evidence on their side.

Vegetarians look sickly and effeminate unless they supplement with tons of vitamins, aminos, and/or steroids.

If you study the human body long enough, you will see that we (monogastric) are designed to be the being that eats the animals that convert the plants into protein; we are not the animals that convert plants into full amino spectrum protein (ruminants - 4 stomachs)

Foods like seeds and roots and leaves are things starving people eat when there is nothing else available or they are victims of vegan propaganda. The nutrients are few in number and barely bioavailable for humans at that

Not to mention that all of the agricultural steps involved in producing vegan foods cause way more total destruction of life and environment than regenerative ranching / responsible hunting
