While planting food plots for a nearby hunt club I saw a gobbler (male turkey) that was a GIANT. My dad's farm in Iowa has a mess of large corn-bean-fed turkey. That, and a larger gene pool of turkey, makes for huge wild turkey. This gobbler in here in SC was almost as large as an Iowa turkey. Why?, some of y'all are likely wonder. Because it was a GIANT and I get hot and sweaty thinking on it. And, because I offer a break from the flow of info about the death of the Republic.
