I do not have enough alcohol in my system for this rant

Yes, the cap is important but no that's not necessarily the value of Bitcoin (by itself). I mean you could just make another coin "shitcoin" if you will with the same cap.

Its value is also kinda that I could instantly with no bank or permission send you money with it right now, but like again copy cat argument.

Bitcoins value is in the fact that it is a social construct first and software second. If Bitcoin were ran by a central bank, it would have less value. The history of centralized mints tell a story of theft, corruption and rule breaking.

A social construct, an idea if you will, that is projected with software means that every person who runs Bitcoin on their computer can attempt to change what Bitcoin fundamentally is. Its properties its functionality any aspect of what you think Bitcoin is an individual can change on their computer.

The value, is that 14,000 computers agree on what Bitcoin is. Not only do all these users agree what Bitcoin *is* but they put the value of their goods and their services behind it because they believe in the idea of the social construct of Bitcoin. They pay their security to keep it secure as well. Miners are paid security

You might consider Bitcoins value as put by this guy: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EPspYa8TLlA

Now with all of this I hope you can understand that it is neither block chain, nor cryptography, nor computers or internet that any copy could replicate that gives Bitcoin its value. It is people who are actively going out of there way to make it valuable with their proof of work that gives Bitcoin its real value at the end of the day.

I hope with further study, you might come to understand that this is not true of what has come to be known as "crypto" whose owners arbitrarily gift themselves newly minted numbers and change the ruleset on a whim.
