I wouldn't invest in Microstrategy; if you want bitcoin exposure go with the bitcoin etf. Assuming you are buying and holding longterm in a retirement account, I couldn't tell you what Microstrategy's investment mix will be in ten years but bitcoin etf will be 100% bitcoin. In twenty years there will likely be a whole new c suite in Microstrategy. A new team of managers at a company can do dumb things like sell bitcoin at the worst point in the bitcoin cycle to diversy or invest in building the business. Bitcoin etf with new fund managers will be more consistent over the decades, more money came in, lets buy more bitcoin.
