That black cat used to live above me, but jumped into my garden after being left on the balcony (loudly meowing for hours) every night. The neighbors collected him twice and now just don't bother anymore??? Poor cat just lives outside now. He is being fed by me and another neighbor. With yesterdays cold and rain I decided to build him a little shelter. Will talk to the neighbors again soon, but they're also never home. 😐
