I find this video amazingly helpful. I don't have #ADHD, but I often have trouble concentrating. If there's anything that can draw my attention away, it does. Even listening to more traditional music can pull me into lyrics instead of what I'm trying to focus on. When I do manage to focus, my attention is like a glass plate. If it gets broken, it REALLY gets broken. It's a battle to get all those pieces back in place.
