I don't believe that at all. I believe there should be some sort of vanguard to guide people in the direction of social revolution, but I don't think it should act on behalf of the people. A social revolution is only possible through the voluntary efforts of the masses, not by some group of people dictating the masses actions. That was one of the main flaws of Marxist Leninists, aside from using authoritarianism and the state in general.
