Maybe. I have other issues with that. But, I'm losing fat and feeling better.
The week+ I was on vacation I didn't eat carnivore and after ~9 days, I had the same aches and pains as before. Not fun. It's going away with a week of eating much cleaner. I get much more signal from my body instead of just low level screaming all the time.
It was hard to cut out the carbs (especially rice!!!) until I just decided it was time to cut them out and it didn't take too long before my taste buds were really working again and I could taste things in meat I had never noticed before. Fat was sweet. The meat was much more savory and flavorful. Most of my cravings vanished, though, pizza still has a real hold on me. I managed to say no to pizza last night and that's a huge deal. I can walk away from free food. I couldn't do that before.
