You gotta give them encouragement to pay the rents, so it cant be too random right.
So issue raffle tickets for each day they are late on the rents, then spin it round in the big drum-o-evictions! The winner gets the boot and the more tickets they have, thus late payments, higher the odds are they get the boot.
Pretty soon those rents will be rolling in early.
