Years ago when I was first studying Keto diet there were so many talking heads dissecting food like it’s a Michelin Star restaurant. It became a bit ridiculous in many respects and overbearing for a newcomer.
KenDBerryMD (npub1kyk…ea0g) was the first I heard say “eat a bare hotdog” it’s better than processed carbs.
It doesn’t have to be expensive, at the end of the day it’s better than carbs. That stuck with me. 🤘🏻
Compared to Oatmeal, SPAM is a health food.
