As I'm sure you recall (🙄) prior to taking a break from Mastodon last week I encountered a grey squirrel that screamed at me from behind a tree then popped around the side between yells to see if I was still there (see post above👆). After I caught a photo of the noisy squirrel, a black morph grey squirrel popped its head out of a hole above me... and froze in place. Squirrels are just too cute.
