When to go donate blood, temp was good, heartrate was fine, hemoglobin good, but my BP was nuts 148/102! Of course my doc is off today, so I just plopped myself in my recliner and relaxed and 2 hours later 126/83.
I think it's a cumulation of all the living out of suitcases for most of the past 6 weeks and they 9+ hour drives between NYC-TN.
Rest and eating a normal diet should stabilize my vitals.
